About Cybersecurity

Cybersecurity is the discipline of protecting digital systems, networks, applications, devices, infrastructure, and information from cyber threats, unauthorized access, misuse, and disruption.

It combines computer science, information technology, engineering, security, and risk management to prevent attacks, identify vulnerabilities, detect threats, investigate incidents, and maintain the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of digital assets.

Today, cybersecurity is essential across business, finance, healthcare, government, telecommunications, cloud computing, and critical infrastructure, making it a fundamental part of the modern digital world.
